M&A Aldire Funding - Kiwi fruit
The 4th of June 2025 the predominantly construction company Kiwistav s.r.o. transferred ownership to Aldire Funding s.r.o. using a special purpose vehicle Schlechte Zeiten s.r.o.
The experienced restructuring agent Aldire Funding initiated the process to convert the predominantly construction oriented company Kiwistav into a predominantly trading company with emphasis on the inside EU commerce. Hence kiwi fruit as a symbol of trade.

Kiwi birds don't build traditional nests. Instead, they dig burrows in the ground, often in forested areas, to lay their large eggs. These burrows serve as their nests, providing shelter and protection for the developing eggs and chicks.
So have we moved our headquaretrs from our downtown addres: Novomlynska 1237/2, Nove Mesto, 110 00 Praha 1 to our new NQ at Chudenicka 1058/32, Hostivar, 102 00 Praha 10.
